It’s now 5 years that Pat Da Kat and Hollywood Boogie have been bringing the best swing, jive and R&B music to the Royston Ballroom in Penge, South London, SE20. The first saturday of the month is the place for lovers of lindyhop, jive, balboa etc and this month we have a guest DJ who has been with us from the start. This month Pat Da Kat will be joined by the ever popular Terry Elliott.
We hope to see many of our friends old and new on saturday 5th November to celebrate with us. Instead of sitting in watching Strictly why not come out and dance. The price is still just £8 for which you get great music, a fab floor, easy free parking and very reasonable social club bar prices.
We have more treats coming up in the next few months with live music for four months beginning with Gentleman Tim and the Contenders in December (NB change of date – December 17th). returning favourites Down For The Count in January, Jump 66 in February and Big John Carter in March. So lots to look forward to in the coming months but it all starts with the Anniversary celebration on November 5th.
