Hollywood Boogie Vintage Dance Events
Hollywood Boogie vintage dance nights are organised, hosted and DJ’d by Pat Da Kat. Pat Da Kat is one of the best known and respected DJ’s on the vintage dance scene in London and surrounding areas. He has been both running his own clubs and playing music for other clubs since the 1980s.
Hollywood Boogie ran at the Royston Ballroom from November 2010 until the venue was sold in 2018.
Vintage Dance Nights -Swing and Jive in Bromley
Regular vintage dances are now held every Friday night at Bromley CIU, 33 London Road, BR1 1DG

We cater for all styles of swing dancers so whether you like Lindyhop, Balboa or Shag you will find music you love. You can expect to hear a blend of Jump Jive, Swing, Boogie Woogie and a little Rock and Roll. Much of the music is from the 40s and 50s but we also play modern artists in the genre. in addition Pat Da Kat mixes and blends in favourite Motown and Soul tracks.
We pride ourselves on the friendly atmosphere so even if you are coming on your own you are sure of a warm welcome and lots of friendly folk to dance with.
Holding Your Own Event?
In addition to running his own events Pat is available to DJ at your dance events or celebrations. Pat Da Kat can cater for all ages with the best music from all decades from the 40’s onwards.
Pat is a master at blending and mixing different genres of music to keep you and your guests happy or can cater for specific themed nights/decades if desired.
