On 12th March we are celebrating the 50th birthday of Ryan Francois. If you love swing dancing you won’t need telling how influential Ryan has been over the years in promoting the dance we all love.
Pat Da Kat has worked with and for Ryan many times over the years and is proud to be hosting the celebration of this milestone birthday.
If you know Ryan we hope you will come and celebrate with him at the equally legendary Royston Ballroom. The large, sprung, maple floor was in the past home to Peggy Spencer and her dance school and is a fabulous venue for swing dancing. The venue is the site of Hollywood Boogie, our monthly Saturday night Swing events and has social club bar prices and free parking.
If you want to stop over there is a Travelodge close by.
We will be kicking off at 8pm and dancing until midnight to music from not only your host Pat Da Kat but also guest DJs Ronnie Slide and Tom Kerwin.
We hope to see many friends of Ryan, both past and present there for a great party.
